Today was really good.

Brutus helped me work knots out of Kevin's back. Yes, he did get up on Kevin's back all on his own and kneaded it for a while. He was very concerned about Kevin's comfort...

In the afternoon, we visited Dr. Brent at Windsor Veterinary Clinic to get updated shots and a general check up. At first, Brutus was pacing around a ton and I was kinda nervous. Was he going to freak out on the vet?!?

Then, he just got bored and kept asking if we could leave. Just plopped down in front of me and started complaining. Typical cat. Great pic though.

The vet came in and gave me tons of tips on how to start getting his weight down and whatnot. He weighed in at 24 lbs 10 oz. Brutus got a distemper treatment and then a rabies shot...and he did not like the shot but didn't try to bite, just tried to escape...and then finally just gave in. I am proud of his for not FREAKING OUT and getting me banned from the vet or something.

And then later this evening, I hung out with Brady and Jess. While Brutus was not invited, how could I NOT post this handsome bugger??
